June 2006 - We receive the Tax Exempt status from the IRS. See press release.

In May 2006, RINTek participated in the UM Office of Business Development “Nanotech Symposium” by having a booth and display. We also have a new brochure that describes our goals and plans.

April 2006 -- RINTek revises its structure and goals to satisfy IRS rules to obtain 501(c) 3 certification. We had to remove the business incubaor out of the Institute to satisfy IRS requirements for a tax-exempt organization. This certification is expected to be received in June 2006.

Announcements

October 2006 -- Rushford City Library offers space for RINTek offices as interim base of operations. Plans in place to occupy space in early 2007. This will provide both office and meeting / educational space.
